The Department of Neurology with Epileptology at the Weissenau site of the Centre for Psychiatry (ZfP) treats patients across the entire spectrum of neurology. Since 01.07.2024, this has consisted of 2 specialist areas: The epileptology department, which has two wards for the treatment of difficult-to-treat epilepsies, and the neurology department, which primarily treats patients with Parkinson's disease and pain disorders. Outpatient care for patients with epilepsy is offered in a medical care centre and in the authorised outpatient clinic of PD. Dr Tilz.

• Continuous video monitoring of patients on the epilepsy wards
• Recognising epileptic seizures via video and EEG patterns
• Immediate telephone notification of the responsible carer in the event of a seizure
• Carrying out seizure tests, if necessary
• Ensuring technically flawless EEG derivation
• Attaching bonnet electrodes in individual cases

• Basic technical understanding for the operation of PCs with EEG/camera image
• Willingness to work flexible shifts during the week and on weekends and public holidays
• Reliability and ability to work in a team

Your commitment:

• 3-4 services per month
• During the week: night shift from 21:00 to 07:00
• Weekends/holidays:
  • Early service from 07:00 to 14:00.
  • Late service from 14:00 to 21:00.
